Tell your brother he needs to improve a little. I like the fact that people start drawing poorly and improve, and maybe he can turn out to draw better than he ever expected. All he need is keep training and, one day, he'll be kickin' asses.
PS: This image isn't all that bad like the stupid one below me said. It's poor, yes, but common for 12yo. Don't let him down, I want to see more art of him when he gets better.
